Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in IQRA Classes Coaching Institute ("IQRA Classes," "we," "our," or "us") or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Eligibility

Our coaching services are available to:

• Students of Classes 9, 10, 11, and 12
• Students preparing for JEE, NEET, and other competitive examinations
• Students enrolled in GSEB, CBSE, ICSE, and NIOS boards

Students under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent for enrollment.

Admission and Enrollment

Admission Process

• Admission is subject to availability of seats and completion of required formalities
• IQRA Classes reserves the right to conduct entrance assessments for certain courses
• Submission of accurate documents is mandatory; false information may lead to cancellation
• Admission is confirmed only upon receipt of applicable fees

Required Documents

• Copy of Aadhaar card
• Previous academic year's mark sheet
• Passport-size photographs
• School leaving certificate (if applicable)

Fee Policy

Fee Structure

• Fees vary based on course, duration, and batch type
• Fee structure is available on our website and at the admission desk
• Fees are subject to revision; enrolled students will be informed of any changes

Payment Terms

• Fees can be paid in full or in installments as per the plan chosen
• Installment payments must be made on or before the due dates
• Late payment may attract additional charges
• All payments must be made through authorized modes only

Refund Policy

• Fee refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of enrollment
• A processing fee of 10% will be deducted from refunds
• No refund will be provided after 15 days from the date of enrollment
• Study materials are non-refundable once issued
• Refunds will be processed within 30 working days

Attendance and Conduct

Attendance Requirements

• Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory for all courses
• Students falling below 60% attendance may be issued warnings
• Continuous absence without prior notice may lead to termination

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain discipline and respect towards faculty and peers
• Refrain from using mobile phones during classes
• Not engage in any form of harassment or bullying
• Follow dress code and institutional guidelines
• Not damage institute property

Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrollment without refund.

Academic Policies

Study Materials

• Study materials provided are for personal use only
• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited
• Copyright of all materials remains with IQRA Classes

Tests and Assessments

• Regular tests are mandatory for enrolled students
• Cheating or malpractice will result in immediate disqualification
• Test results and progress reports will be shared with parents/guardians

Limitation of Liability

IQRA Classes provides educational services and guidance. We do not guarantee specific exam results or ranks. While we strive for the best outcomes, individual results depend on various factors including student effort and aptitude.

IQRA Classes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in study materials, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IQRA Classes and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Collect or harvest any information without permission

Modifications

IQRA Classes reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
